As we continue to expand our existing ministries and do what God has commanded in Matthew 28:19-20, we must grow to achieve God's vision for us. He has led us to begin this process of planning and building for the future. So today, we celebrate the greatest challenge in our history — possessing Our Promised Land.
It does not yet appear the distance that we will go as we follow Jesus Christ and bring glory to our Heavenly Father. We are certain that "We've come this far by faith, leaning on the Lord. Trusting in His Holy Word; He's never failed us yet!" It is our plan to continue to teach the Word of God as a means of bringing security, guidance and hope to all who need.
Romans 12:2 tells us “Do not be conformed any longer to the pattern of the world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve God’s good, pleasing and perfect will.” Wow! God is commanding us as Christians to no longer look like, act like, talk like or think like the world, but that we should allow our minds to be transformed by the Holy Spirit. That is not easy to accomplish these days. This transformation will allow us to think like Jesus would have us think and to act like Jesus would have us to act and in this God will approve. He will find pleasing and in fact allow us to be in His perfect will. Wow–that’s pretty good stuff. Join us each week as we search the Scriptures to accomplish this great task.
A Lighthouse is a place of security in a time of trouble. A Lighthouse provides guidance when we are seeking direction. A Lighthouse provides hope, safety, sanctuary, protection, and shelter.
Come and experience God's Grace, the compassion of Jesus, and the presence of the Holy Spirit, in the midst of a loving group of Jesus followers. Our music is new and fresh, our messages are filled with hope and a dependence on Jesus Christ. We expect to experience God working in our lives at every service.
